Excessive oil pressure will damage the oil film and increase wear. The cause should also be found out and eliminated in time.
Pay attention to temperature changes. The temperature of diesel generator sets is mainly reflected in the temperature of the cooling water and the temperature of the lubricating oil. When the forced circulation diesel engine is working, the water temperature should be maintained between 70-90 degrees Celsius, and the oil temperature should be maintained between 70-80 degrees Celsius. If it is too high, it will damage the cylinder gasket, piston and piston ring, reduce the oil viscosity and reduce the lubrication performance; if it is too low, it will increase fuel consumption and smoke exhaust. Therefore, you should always pay attention to the temperature of the cooling water during work, and remove any abnormalities in time.
Pay attention to the maintenance during the running-in period. New or overhauled diesel generator sets must be run-in. Because the surface of the parts of the diesel engine that cooperate with each other and move with each other, although there is a certain degree of precision and smoothness, there are still unevenness in the view of the emblem, and the matching clearance is small. The purpose of running-in is to make the mating moving surfaces smoother through running-in, the clearance is more reasonable, and to prevent early wear. The running-in method is to run at no load for 50 hours, during which the speed should change from low to high, and the load should change from small to large. Over-speed and overload operation are not allowed. After the running-in, the oil in the crankcase must be replaced, the crankcase and the lubricating oil circuits must be cleaned, and the oil filter element must be cleaned or replaced.
